Discuss and clarify the sleep plan, step-by-step, and address any client questions or concerns
2 weeks’ worth of virtual one-on-one support by text, phone or email with either 12-hour or 24-hour access to ME (prices may vary)

Hi, I’m Abby!
A once very sleep-deprived mom of three under the age of three. My 12-month-old was still waking multiple times a night and needed lots of hands-on soothing to fall back asleep and a second was on the way! It was my own experience as a parent that inspired me to want to help other tired parents finally get some shut-eye. Working with a sleep consultant myself was life-changing and I very quickly became obsessed with the magic of sleep!
I took my passion and became an internationally certified infant and child sleep consultant specializing in the development of healthy and appropriate sleep patterns in children from newborn to 5 years.
Don’t be intimidated by what you hear about sleep training. The cry-it-out method is not the ultimate sleep solution! You can rely on my wealth of knowledge and experience with a variety of different methods to find the one (or two, or three) that works best for you. I believe in working with my clients to build a sleep training program that compliments your lifestyle, parenting approach and belief system.
